Originally, HELPFUL was an online information platform, with the option of receiving personal support through a channel on Telegram. Thanks to HELPFUL, more than 135,000 people have been able to quickly access information and find their way around Switzerland more easily. Both digital projects have now come to an end. The brochure replaces the website.
