Young Carers in Switzerland

Children, adolescents and young adults are already taking on care and support tasks when someone in their family or close circle falls ill. The Careum School of Health has been conducting research on young carers for ten years and has been able to collect important data for Switzerland, as well as raising awareness of this important issue among professionals and the public.
