App Sui of the Swiss Red Cross

Sui is an app intended for refugees in Switzerland. It is free of charge, in various languages and combines support, self-help and information.

The Sui app provides information about everyday life in Switzerland (e.g. finding work and accommodation, family reunification, asylum procedures, healthcare system) and raises awareness of mental health. Refugees can find resources here to help them deal with stress, chronic pain or sleep disorders. In a chat, trained peer companions answer users' questions in their native language and refer them to local support services. The Sui app is also a support tool for professionals and volunteers. Many practitioners, volunteers and course instructors successfully use the Sui app to advise and support refugees and to provide information as part of language and integration courses. As a low-threshold service, the Sui app also facilitates access to existing interventions such as SPIRIT or other psychosocial support services in line with the stepped care approach. It also serves as a supportive tool in psychotherapy between therapy sessions. __Stay informed!__ Want to stay up-to-date with new developments and language versions of the Sui App?
