Take good care of yourself!

A companion for more well-being in day-to-day life

Titelbild Schau gut auf dich
‘Take good care of yourself!’ is a leaflet containing suggestions and exercises for coping with stress. It provides tips for improved well-being, such as a breathing exercise, sources of strength and new activities and routines. There is also a list of emergency contacts. In credit card format, the leaflet can be filled in individually. So, it is a personal companion that serves as a brief, sensitive reminder of positive thoughts and helpful habits at all times. While it is designed for anyone who feels stressed, the leaflet is especially intended for people who have just arrived in Switzerland. For this reason, it also refers to the Sui app of the Swiss Red Cross, which helps new arrivals integrate into Swiss life by means of psychological self-help, information about the country and individual support in a chat function.
